Referrals to OH need to be submitted via our Occupational Health system OPAS G2.
To log-in to OPAS G2 for the first time; enter your full email address as your username and then click on Forgot your Password. You will then receive an email to reset your password.
Going forward you will need to enter your username and password to log-in.
