Working Patterns for Employees

iTrent has been designed and built to configure individual working patterns and also incorporates the bank holiday entitlements.

E.g. WP 35 M-F M7 T7 W7 T7 F7 shows a full-time working pattern.

This is made up of:

  1. WP – working pattern
  2. 35 – number of hours worked per week
  3. M-F – days of the week worked
  4. followed by M7 – Monday for 7hrs and each consecutive day indicated by the initial letter (e.g. T for Tuesday, W for Wednesday etc.) and followed by the number of hours worked for each day

It’s important to check that you have the correct working pattern on iTrent.

If you notice an incorrect working pattern for yourself or one of your team members, please raise a request Working Pattern Change (Schools) : HR Service Desk.
